Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Pham Physics aims to make its learning materials and account features usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining the Service, not a decorative badge applied after launch.
Our approach
We work toward clear structure, keyboard access, readable contrast, meaningful labels, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and text alternatives where appropriate. Physics content can present unusual challenges because equations, diagrams, simulations, and interactive problem tools do not always translate neatly across assistive technologies.
Known limitations
Some older course files, instructor-supplied documents, mathematical notation, embedded simulations, or third-party resources may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every assistive technology. We are continuing to improve these areas and shall prioritize barriers that prevent access to core learning or account functions.
Requesting help or an alternative format
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need material in an alternative format, or cannot complete an activity with your assistive technology, use the online Privacy Request form and select “Report an accessibility barrier.” Please include the page or course, the barrier you encountered, the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help.
We shall make a reasonable effort to respond and provide an accessible alternative. If a course is managed by an instructor or institution, you may also contact that instructor or institution for accommodation support.
