Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated: October 4, 2026
Pham Physics uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage items to provide sign-in, security, and interface preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.
1. What these technologies are
A cookie is a small text value stored by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that can remember a setting on your device. These technologies may be temporary or may remain until they expire or you remove them.
2. Technologies we use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID | Pham Physics | Strictly necessary session cookie used for sign-in, account access, security, and continuity between page requests. | Browser session, unless the server invalidates it sooner |
pp_theme | Pham Physics | Remembers a portal display-theme preference where that option is available. | Up to one year |
sidebarOpen (local storage) | Pham Physics | Remembers whether the course-navigation panel is open on the current device. | Until removed in browser settings |
Names or durations may change as the Service develops. We shall update this policy if we add materially different uses.
3. Third-party resources
The Service loads fonts from Google Fonts and the MathJax library from jsDelivr. Your browser sends ordinary technical request data, such as your IP address, browser information, and the requested file, directly to those providers. Pham Physics does not use those requests for advertising or cross-site tracking. The providers may process request data under their own privacy policies.
4. Consent and your controls
The current cookies and browser storage are used only to deliver requested functionality, maintain security, or remember a user-interface choice. Pham Physics therefore does not currently display a consent banner for advertising or analytics cookies because none are in use.
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie shall prevent sign-in and may make account features unavailable. Removing preference storage merely resets the relevant interface choice.
5. Future changes
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies, we shall update this policy and provide any notice, consent control, or opt-out required before using them.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy may be submitted through the online Privacy Request form. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
